When will I receive my check-in instructions?

Your complete arrival information will be emailed before your stay, including your unique door code and everything you'll need for a smooth arrival.

What time is check-in?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

If an earlier arrival becomes available, we'll let you know.

What time is checkout?

Checkout is 10:00 AM to allow enough time to prepare the cabin for our next guests.

Is the cabin pet friendly?

Yes!

We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs (50 pounds or less). Please remember to add your pets to your reservation if you haven't already.

Is parking available?

Yes.

Parking is available directly at the cabin for up to five vehicles.

Do I need four-wheel drive?

During normal weather, most vehicles have no issues reaching the cabin.

During snow or ice events, however, all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is highly recommended due to the steep mountain roads near Hatley Pointe.

We'll always do our best to keep guests informed of changing road conditions.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Absolutely.

High-speed internet is available throughout the cabin, making it easy to stream movies, work remotely, or stay connected during your stay.
