Is Hatley Pointe Bike Park open?
Hatley Pointe is launching its bike park in August 2026 and has published operating hours, trail information, passes and rentals. Because its official website may update opening and operating status at any time, confirm the current status directly with Hatley Pointe before traveling.
How many trails are there?
Phase One includes 12 purpose-built trails spanning beginner, intermediate, advanced and expert terrain.
Do I need tickets in advance?
Yes. Hatley Pointe currently requires passes, rentals and lessons to be reserved and paid online before arrival; there are no walk-up sales.
Do riders need a waiver?
Yes. All riders must complete a liability waiver before accessing the bike park.
What helmet is required?
Hatley Pointe’s current mountain-bike policy states that full-face helmets are required for riding.
Can I rent a bike and protective gear?
Yes. Adult and junior bike packages and protective equipment are available, subject to availability. Reserve online.
Are lessons available?
Yes. Current pricing lists private lesson options, with advance booking requirements. Confirm live availability before your trip.
Can weather close trails?
Yes. Rain, storms and trail conditions can delay or suspend operations, and trails may close after heavy rain.
Where should I stay?
Mars Hill Haven is approximately two miles from Hatley Pointe and offers a bike rack, wash station, repair stand, hot tub, game room and space for up to 10 guests.
